Do you do commissions?

Yes I do take commissions at certain times, please enquire with your request. Pet portraits in graphite pencil is a speciality! Please have a look at the gallery page for examples of some of my past work and also the commissions page for pricing.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia. Shipping prices will be indicated once your address is entered at checkout.

If you are in Auckland we may be able to hand deliver.

We aim to dispatch with in 5 days of ordering. Once the order is made we sometimes need time to apply some finishing touches like a coat of varnish and make sure it is dry before sending.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

All work will be carefully packaged to protect the work. Please contact us straightaway if there is damage and if possible take photo’s of the damage.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges?

We don’t provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If the item purchased is not what was specified in your order then a full refund including return postage will be refunded to you and will be processed using the same means as your original payment. Refunds must be requested by email at clare@claregreenart.com with in 30 days of purchase. The item should be posted back to us, safely packaged to prevent damage.

I will always strive to develop high quality artwork. Due to the nature of creating original work, each piece will have its own individual variations, textures and marks.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and understand the need to keep your personal information safe and secure. The personal information we collect includes your name, contact information and billing or purchase information. We collect your personal information in order to sell you and supply you with artwork you purchase and to keep in contact with you if you choose to subscribe to our email list.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
